The Department of Medical Education at Northwest School of Medicine successfully organized a one-day workshop titled “Unlocking Insights: The Art of Scoping Review” on 20 November 2025 at the Principal Secretariat.
The workshop was led by Dr. Humera Adeeb, Assistant Professor, PhD Scholar, and faculty member at IHPER, Khyber Medical University, who served as the resource person for the session. Her in-depth guidance provided participants with a comprehensive understanding of conducting effective scoping reviews.
Prof. Dr. Amir Khan, Principal of NWSM, appreciated this impactful academic initiative, emphasizing the importance of research-focused activities in strengthening medical education.
The session was attended by the faculty and demonstrators of NWSM, who found it highly informative and enriching.
At the end of the workshop, the resource person was presented with a shield of appreciation by the Principal of NWSM.
