NWSM and Rescue 1122 KP Collaborate on Essential Fire Safety & Evacuation Training Workshop

Northwest School of Medicine, in collaboration with Rescue 1122 Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar, organized a comprehensive workshop on “Fire Safety Training and Evacuation Drill”. The event aimed to equip participants with essential skills to respond effectively in emergency situations.

Mr. Assad Ali Khan Yousafzai, Manager, Occupational Health Safety and Environment, NWGH, welcomed the guests and participants, emphasizing the importance of a timely response during emergencies and accidents.

The workshop featured expert presentations from Rescue 1122, including Malik Riaz, Training Coordinator, and Dr. Noor-ul-Ameen, Medical Instructor, who covered crucial topics such as “Fire extinguisher usage, Safety protocols, Evacuation procedures First aid during emergencies”

The interactive session enabled participants to learn and engage with the material, ensuring a fruitful experience. Through this training, students and faculty members gained valuable insights and skills to respond confidently in emergency situations.
